Pre-paid hours

At Addiction Alchemy, coaching services are available for purchase during a free discovery call. This initial consultation allows us to discuss your goals and assess the best fit for your needs.

How it Works:

Schedule a Discovery Call: To explore your options, book a free discovery call through our website.
Program Overview: During the call, I will provide detailed information about the available coaching programs, including pricing and pre-paid session options.
Purchase: After discussing your specific needs, you will have the opportunity to purchase the program and any pre-paid hours as deemed appropriate for your journey.

Important Note: Pricing and packages will be discussed during the discovery call to ensure you receive a personalized experience tailored to your goals.Payment for all products will be collected upon order placement.

Payment

Addiction Alchemy uses Stripe, a trusted payment solution, to securely process all payments. You can pay using the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Interac, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, and China Union Pay. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption, ensuring the safety of your payment information. Please note that it is not possible to collect more funds than agreed upon by the customer.”

Returns

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so [specify the time frame, e.g., at least 24 hours] in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit the prepaid hours, depending on your chosen service agreement.
